Sunday Dinner - Petite Friture

Jessica ordered "Petite Friture" at the restaurant. She correctly translated Friture to mean fried fish and we knew petite meant small so she was expecting a small portion of a fried fish. As you can see, she received instead, many many small fried fish. They were looking at her funny so Erin, the good sport she is, agreed to switch plates with her.

Erin, ever the good sport. Mom still can't get over how we can read this blog & even see pictures! She wants to hear how Cindy is doing. Glad no one is hurt, yet. Nice to see you don't mind stalking people - especially ones you can't communicate with!

OK, biking & eating - when do you shop?

So the fish were "looking at her funny" or the french people were "looking at her funny"? I realize in many cases, this may be the same thing. There's only one cure ... when in france, drink more wine. It solves many problems.

Awesome blog. You guys are on a real adventure.

That is so funny! Ordering here is halarious for me as well... like the time i ordered 1 chicken breast (so I thought) and got enough chick for 2 weeks! And my favorite meal order was penne e lobster. The lobster (delishious) was completely shelled and just crushed up in the sauce! I know I ate a little shell but I avoided claws. Hopefully you`ll get more and more classic stories like this one! yum yum
